Membership

Join the Ohio Valley OAUG

Although membership for the OVOAUG is open to all Oracle applications users and associates at no cost, we encourage you to join OAUG so that you can take advantage of all the benefits OAUG has to offer. 

Membership Benefits

You will meet with other professionals with an interest in Oracle Applications, including Oracle Financials and Manufacturing, as well as related products. You, and others in your organization, will have the opportunity to learn from our quarterly presentations as well as being able to network with other local users. 

Membership Fees

There is no annual membership. Meeting fees range between $15 and $30, depending on the location and cost of that meeting. Included in the fee is a continental breakfast and lunch. Fees are discounted when registration is received by the early registration deadline (usually one week prior to the meeting date). Meeting fees can be paid with checks or cash. Sorry, no credit cards.

Vendor Information:

We encourage vendors to participate at our meetings. In addition to regular membership, we have two sponsorship opportunities at meetings and one for the website. Contact our Vendor Coordinator for more details.  Payment is required prior to the meeting or on the day of the meeting. Make checks payable to OAUG.

Sponsorship Levels

  • Annual Sponsor (limited to 5 per year) $2500
    • Get booths at each of three meetings we have per year + 2 free registrations
    • Interactive opportunity to engage the entire event audience with raffle/giveaway
    • Logo and brief write-up is posted on our website as a link
    • Logo is printed on our hardcopy event-day agenda.
    • Priority annual renewal
  • Event Sponsor (Number varies based on Venue) $750
    • Get event booth + 2 free registrations
    • Interactive opportunity to engage the entire event audience with raffle/giveaway
    • Logo is printed on our hardcopy event-day agenda.
  • Vendor Spotlight Track $250
    • Presentation slot to promote products and/or services

Payment Policy:
Sponsorships will be invoiced prior to the meeting.
Payment is expected via Check.
Payment is expected within 30 days of the invoice.
OVOAUG cannot accept Credit Card payment.


Refund Policy:

OVOAUG cannot offer Sponsor refunds.
If a sponsor signs up for a meeting, and pays for the meeting but cannot attend the meeting, there will be no refund from OVOAUG or OAUG.
If the Sponsor tells us they will not be able to attend the meeting far enough in advance that we can find another sponsor to take their booth, we will apply the original sponsorship money toward a future meeting.
