Keynote

Title: Open New Doord and Build Your Tribe

Presenter: Jason Barnaby, Chief Fire Starter, Fire Starter Inc.

Abstract:

The problem with comfort zones is that they’re comfortable! The problem withold and “established”ways and processes, is that they don’t leave room for change and innovation. Staying comfortable and not embracing change is a recipe for disaster in this crazy- paced world we are all trying to keep up with.Jason Barnaby has lived around the world, failed in business, reinvented himself in education and corporate America and created a company to speak and write about those experiences all over the country. In addition to challenging the status quo and the “let’s just get by” mindset, Jason teaches his audiences what it means to build an effective tribe of supporters. Through his Tribal Inventory tool, you will determine who you admire that you already have, who you hire that you’re missing and who you fire that you don’t need. Comfortable being uncomfortable is one of Jason’s favorite phrases. You are sure to experience that in this fun, energetic and interactive keynote session.
